Patrick Carr

President & CEO

Patrick is our president and chief operating officer, which essentially means he keeps us all pointed in the right direction and squarely focused on our 2021 mantra: “Obsessed with Growth.” He’s also our biggest H&H brand ambassador and loves his role leading the charge. Patrick lives with his wife, Kate, and three kids. He has also written and published two books, not quite yet on the New York Times Best Seller list. 


Jimmie O'Donley

Director of National Accounts

Jimmie leads our national account business by partnering with our key accounts to grow their retail and on-line businesses. His 25 years of industry experience, dedication to H&H, and track record of success has helped H&H continue its obsession with growth. Jimmie is also a devoted Murray State University basketball fan and anyone who knows him already knew that!


Rick Wolz

Senior Key Account Executive

Rick is our Senior Key Account Executive responsible for business development in the Drug, Grocery, Hardware, Card/Party Specialty, Department Stores and Restaurant channels of distribution.  He has 30+ years of Gift Industry experience in sales, national account management and customer service support.  Rick provides customers a high-level commitment to support their business needs, creative product solutions to achieve sales goals and a strong partnership to ensure consistent retail success.  Rick and his wife, Diane, enjoy spending time with their two sons, Broadway Theatre, traveling and are dedicated foodies in search of the next great restaurant to enjoy a wonderful meal and a glass of wine.  In his free time Rick enjoys playing golf and being a die-hard fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, Blues and Missouri Tigers.  


Daniel Radillo

VP of Business Development

Daniel is committed to consistently pushing H&H forward by actively working with our independent and in-house sales reps. He’s also in frequent contact with our retail customers in the independent gift channel through daily phone calls, market visits and industry trade shows. On the weekends, Daniel likes to go to the beach with his family and spends quality time fishing and hunting with his young son. Daniel is a man of many talents…in fact, he can even brew his own beer, which he has yet to share with his work family.


Sam Arteberry

E-Commerce Manager

Sam manages sales and operations for our growing e-commerce business. His time in the office is spent managing multiple spreadsheets, taking phone calls, and growing our digital sales presence. On weekends, Sam volunteers at a local animal shelter. He also enjoys traveling and most recently visited Colorado to hangout in the Rocky Mountains.


Jane Barone

Sales Executive

Jane is one of our talented in-house sales reps and has deep experience selling H&H products. She is hard working and is passionate about creating meaningful connections and long-lasting relationships with her customers. In her free time, Jane enjoys going to the beach with her friends and family and is a huge animal lover.


Maria Flores

Sales Support Manager

Maria is our Sales Support Manager and supports our independent sales reps throughout the U.S. She focuses on helping our sales team achieve more success selling H&H products. She works in concert with Daniel to share monthly priorities, run sales reports, distribute samples, and selling collateral. Maria graduated from the Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas. Outside of H&H, Maria now spends her time coaching grade school volleyball. 


Emily Lane

Marketing Manager

Emily is our marketing manager and content creator. She’s a whiz at graphic design, website development, and keeping us organized in the office. She is a Park University Alumni and has a Bachelor's in Marketing. Emily is a cocktail connoisseur on the weekends and even runs a couple of side businesses to keep her busy.

Sophie Kolkhorst

Marketing Intern

Sophie is our inaugural 2021 Marketing Intern this summer! Over the course of the next eight weeks, Sophie will work on special projects to assist with all things sales & marketing. She will help execute social media campaigns, develop new product catalogs and selling collateral, and curate new creative content to support our growing sales team. Sophie is currently attending the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS, where she’s studying marketing and strategic communications. Sophie is also active as a panhellenic delegate for her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and participates in community service with the KU Women’s Business Club. She loves to travel and will be studying abroad in England at the University of Exeter during her upcoming senior year. She loves having drinks with her friends on the weekends and binge watching her favorite reality TV shows.


Shelly Mayerhofer

Customer Service Manager

Shelly is our undisputed, amazing customer service guru, fielding calls from our sales team and processing orders accurately and quickly. She is the glue that holds some of the necessary parts and pieces together at H&H by managing a zillion details on a daily basis. When Shelly isn’t working, she loves cooking, going to concerts, and hanging out on the beach.


Denise Evelyn

Customer Service Representative

Denise provides outstanding service to our sales team and customers as one of our lead customer service reps. Her knowledge and experience are exactly what H&H needs to exceed our customers’ expectations. Denise loves having movie nights with her family and cooking, especially food from her native home, Jamaica. She also secretly enjoys binge watching and keeping up to date with her favorite reality TV shows.


Michael Seidel

Collections Specialist

Michael is our accounts receivable specialist and helps ensure we collect payments from our customers on time. Michael is a native New Yorker and a die-hard Yankees and Giants fan. He also owns a few racehorses and enjoys horse racing as a hobby.


Jim Stanislav


Jim is our financial controller, which means he wears 10 different hats including finance, HR, IT and helping manage our office. His favorite hat is his fishing hat. Jim is an excellent problem solver and just gets it done, day in and day out. Jim lives in a historic home in Weston, MO with his wife Lorri and has three adult children.


Francine Hall

Accounts Payable Specialist

Francine is an H&H veteran with long service to the company. She coordinates payments to suppliers, sales reps and pays all our bills.  One thing is certain…Francine ensures everyone is paid and on time, too! Francine and her husband of 34 years have two wonderful children. She loves hiking, walking, and enjoys reading a good cozy mystery book.


Taite Pulliam

Operations Manager

Taite Pulliam is our Operations Manager and is responsible for our warehouse and distribution operations, located in Riverside, Missouri. Taite recently joined us from Goodwill Industries, where she had challenging leadership roles within the retail and operations divisions. She’s a Kansas State University grad and recently married the love of her life after meeting him in Aggieville, Manhattan, Kansas’ entertainment district. They rescued the most photogenic dog you will ever meet…Doogie. Doogie’s favorite past time is snuggling, so Taite is always taking new movie or TV show recommendations. When the projector isn’t rolling, Taite thrives in the sunshine, which isn’t as easily found in the ever-changing weather of Kansas City. When it is, you can find her at the dog park, walking the Trolley Track Trail or having a drink on her martini deck at her new home.


Janet Ravenscraft

Senior Logistics & Inventory Manager 

Janet is our Senior Logistics & Inventory Manager responsible for forecasting, inventory management and supply chain coordination for our U.S. business. Janet, a former farm girl from northeast Missouri, has 30+ years’ experience with Hallmark Cards in product development, visual merchandising, demand & inventory management, and logistics & market development. Janet and her husband, Kent, both graduates of Truman State University, live in Kansas City North. They enjoy traveling, sunrises and sunsets, and spending time with their twin daughters who teach in the Kansas City area. Janet enjoys sewing & quilting projects and planning family gatherings & celebrations.
